The resource should comprehensively answer the questions people have when using banking services. It should also clearly provide up-to-date financial advice, as well as easily explain how to effectively manage money and navigate the modern financial market.

Solution

The edition has been published regularly since 2019 – four times a year. An important part of the work was the development and approval of columns, which help the reader easily navigate the number information that he personally needs. Columns are also important for the editorial team, as they help to plan future issues of the magazine in advance. For example, for the “People's Banker” we pre-interview people engaged in business and sharing their own experience life hacks on managing finances with our readers.

People like receiving verified information which they trust more. And the fact that, along with its receipt, they are happy to recommend the PUMB bank increasing your chances to check why. At the stage of planning such interviews, our editors can offer a list of influencers and famous personalities, or the bank can negotiate with clients interested in personal PR. To enhance the value of information for readers and its relevance, we proposed to conduct a small survey among customer service managers.

Thus it was found out which questions the users of banking services/products ask most often, which are the most difficult to solve, etc. Because everything that simplifies communication makes it more pleasant and saves time for customer engagement. We’d like to thank our partner PUMB Bank: the results of the survey inspired us with many interesting new topics for the magazine readers. Thus, each issue comprises relevant financial advice, answers to the questions of bank clients, interviews with real users of banking services, including famous personalities, bloggers and entrepreneurs, as well as real customer stories with practical information to help others make decisions. For the past three years, we’ve been actively implementing the Edutainment format into our cases. Entertainment is something that everyone loves since childhood. Learning while having fun is much more pleasant than studying boring language that only experts can understand. That's why we actively introduce game techniques in every issue to tell interesting stories about finances to adults and children. Our work is based on TURNKEY EDITORIAL scheme (copyright, literary editing, proofreading, design and layout, professional photo reprocessing, recording of PDF files for printing).
